Endurgreiðsluréttur
Kaupandi hefur 14 daga til að hætta við kaupin að því tilskildu að hann hafi ekki notað vöruna, henni sé skilað í góðu lagi í óuppteknum upprunalegum umbúðum. Ef vara er innsigluð má ekki rjúfa innsiglið.
Fresturinn byrjar að líða þegar varan er afhent skráðum viðtakanda. Kvittun fyrir vörukaupunum þarf að fylgja með.
Endurgreiðsla er framkvæmd að fullu ef ofangreind skilyrði eru uppfyllt og eftir að varan er móttekin. Flutnings- og póstburðargjöld eru ekki endurgreidd.
Refund Policy
The buyer has 14 days to cancel the purchase, provided that the product has not been used and is returned in good condition in its unopened original packaging. If the product is sealed, the seal must not be broken.
The period begins from the moment the product is delivered to the registered recipient. A receipt for the purchase must accompany the returned product.
A full refund will be issued once the above conditions are met and the product has been received. Shipping and postage costs are not refundable.
