
Rhubarb has been the got-to fruit for tarts and jams in every Icelandic household. Our rhubarb wine seeks to bottle the island’s domestic soul. In early summer, we pick stems of red rhubarb and carefully ferment them without any additives. The result is a one-of-a-kind rhubarb wine that is vibrant, pleasantly dry and surprisingly low in acid. 750ml. 11% ABV
